Often when remodeling older homes it becomes more cost effective to do a complete repipe, rather then fixing issues as they arise. So when thinking about your remodeling project, think long term and let us come out and see if we can save you some money.
New construction plumbing costs
Cost vary dramatically based on multiple factors. Commercial is more complicated then residential and in general, remodels tend to be more expensive and challenging then ground up projects. The amount of fixtures and quality of fixtures also will determine the cost. Finally the type of material used for new construction plumbing rough in can increase or decrease cost. For example, in most projects using PEX instead of copper for your water lines can save on costs. We have all the equipment to install various types of rough in material from pipe threaders to 3" PEX expanders.
